Not another White Barn.

You have probably toured a few venues by now. You know the one — the white barn, the string lights that look the same as every other venue's string lights, the coordinator who hands you a brochure and moves on to the next couple.

River View Ranch is different in a way that is hard to put into words until you are standing there. The water. The animals. The owners walking you through themselves. It is the kind of place that stops feeling like a venue and starts feeling like your wedding.

01 · Ceremony Where vows Meet the River. The pergola sits at the water's edge with the river framed directly behind the altar. Draped fabric, open sky, and the sound of the water just beyond the ceremony. It is the most requested spot on the property — and once you see it, it is easy to understand why.

02 · Reception Where the night Comes Together. Six thousand six hundred square feet of climate-controlled space dressed with antler chandeliers, a crystal centerpiece, and walls of warm cedar. The kind of room that looks completely different once your florals, your lighting, and your people fill it. On rainy days, it converts to a full indoor ceremony space without losing a single thing.

03 · Outdoor Ceremony The water, Right Behind You. The stone fire pit area doubles as a second outdoor ceremony location, with the river dock and open water visible in the background. Three additional outdoor sites give you real options depending on your style, your guest count, and the direction of the light on your wedding day.

04 · Getting Ready Two private suites. The Morning
Is Yours.
The Cozy Darling Suite is where the bride and her girls start the day — vanity mirrors with warm bulb lighting, a velvet lounge chair, and space for your whole team. The Longhorn Suite sits on the other side, outfitted for the groom with a cowhide rug and a windmill ceiling fan that makes the room feel like it belongs on the ranch. Separate. Private. Ready when you are.
05 · On-Site Cabins Keep everyone On the Ranch. Five cedar cabins sit on the property. Family flies in, drops their bags, and does not have to go anywhere. The cabins are available to book separately — through Airbnb or directly with the ranch — so the people who matter most can stay the weekend without anyone having to rush out.

Your Hosts Meet Arcelia & Kreg. Kreg bought the property years ago and built it into something worth celebrating on. Arcelia came into it later and made it into something couples actually want to get married at. They are both there on your wedding day. Not a hired-out coordinator. The owners. They are straightforward people who take pride in how the day goes. If something needs to be moved, they move it. If you have a question at 9 PM the night before, you can reach them. That level of access does not come standard at most venues.

"We just want them to have a beautiful wedding here. It is big, but not too big. Family-oriented. We are very laid back in our rules. We just want everything to flow."

— Arcelia Welch, Co-Owner, River View Ranch

From couples who said yes. What They Remember.

"My husband and I got married at RVR in October and loved every minute of it. The venue is gorgeous — very open and wonderfully put together. It was the first and last venue we looked at. We knew no other place would compare."

— Jordan Taylor

"Booking River View Ranch was one of the best decisions we made to help my dream wedding become a reality. The owners were so helpful, welcoming, and sweet throughout the whole process. We will forever thank them for hosting the best day of our lives."

— Erica Schmalenberger

"Absolutely gorgeous. As soon as I walked into the venue I could picture everything happening there. The whole property is stunning. We looked at other places before giving the deposit for this one and I just was not happy with them."

— Hannah Olson

"It felt like home and was heartwarming. The view is amazing and the building is beautiful. They had tons of decor to use that really enhanced the place. We appreciate all of the service we received and highly recommend this place."
